I NEED ANSWERS AS I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS

My dad passed on in 2001 & we just heard now that his pensions where never claimed so I made an effort in March 2013 to contact Ms Kgosi on this matter & I've been waiting for feedback/response ever since. I've been communicating with her via e-mails & telephonically & she either ignores my e-mails or promise to call me back but never does & when we get to talk she doesn't give me any information about these investigation they are doing. She now tells me that she's been talking to my mother but I'm 32 yrs & this is about me & my siblings who are all adults & has nothing to do with my mom. So I need someone to explain if this is one of ABSA client service principles & if I have to wait for months to get feedback or a response. I cant always call to make an inquiry & never get even 1 answer on this matter. I use my own money & time to make follow-ups but no one bothers to get back to me. I know my dad passed away years back but we all have rights to know what happened with his pension funds as he worked hard for Blue Ribbon Bakery/PremierFoods and we deserve to know what happened. I need someone to contact me URGENTLY before I refer this matter to Ombudsman for proper legal representation
