Not informed of 3rd Party claim - and no feedback!

I was involved in an accident on 2 August, where someone knocked into me from the back, and I registered the details with FFW. I was very professionally assisted by a Claims Specialist in Cape Town, Milly O'Reilly, but I chose not to proceed with my claim, as the damage was minimal and not worth the cost (and other driver wasn't even insured).

It was through Milly that I found out that the other driver had logged a claim against me, and Legal Services didn't bother informing me, and has since not given me any feedback. I've called and emailed Shaun Basset, without any luck. It's the second month now (first on 19 Aug, then again on 20 Aug and 11 Sep). I sent him all my email communications with the other driver, and he assured me (after email on 20 Aug) that he would assist in resolving this, and that no claims can be processed with my permission. To date, I've had no further action or correspondence from Shaun.

Accidents are the time you get to see how good an insurance company is in resolving claims and disputes - Thanks to Shaun Bassett, FFW is not the right one for me - very poor service!

Please resolve before December, as I wont be continuing with FFW insurance.
