I would like to thank Yashveer for his speedy response to my claims. I work in a recoveries department and dealing with Yashveer in the third party claims for me has been amazing. One cannot tell that we are claiming against each other. I have had a number of claims against him but in all he was fair and professional. Your attitude is outstanding. I speak to claims consultants in different insurance companies but their attitude makes one hate calling them. I know even if we disagree on facts with Yashveer but his attitude makes me want to have another claim against him. Thank you for the speedy release I received this afternoon, I mean, just one call on that claim and I received a release, that was so fast i did not expect it. I thank you again for the advise on that claim we had in February where the section 2 excess was outstanding from your client. Thank you for being fair and just about it. A third party claim handler would not go an extra mile like the way you did. Goes to show that even a third party is your next customer. I hope your employers know how much of an asset you are. It's a pleasure working with you.
