As a client of Telesure I'm appalled by the service, or lack thereof, that I've received from Telesure when ironically the individual that rear ended my stationary vehicle is also insured with Telesure. It has been almost 6 weeks since the incident, and to date I have yet to speak with the consultant dealing with this claim. I have done everything that they have asked of me, only to be told later on that it was not necessary since they have all the information on file. They have taken the attitude of "don't call us, we'll call you", which they don't do. I have informed them that I'm a client of theirs, which obviously made no difference. I have contacted Telesure on numerous occasions, each time I was told that I would be phoned back, which did not happen. The only time that my call was returned, was on Friday when I mentioned that I am considering registering a HelloPeter complaint. As a Telesure client myself, I am concerned with the lack of professionalism and the way this matter has been dealt with. I am starting to question my loyalty as a Telesure client as they clearly have no loyalty towards me.
