I bought computer related equipment from an online shop, using Credit Cart's credit facility. After 2 months I paid in an extra R1000 and at the end of the following month I paid the balance of R2000. However, a month later Credit Cart still subtracted a payment. I phoned Wendy and was told it will be passed onto the finance department. They will also give me feedback - nothing happened. After another month passed a payment was again subtracted. After numerous emails and calls I send a final email on Monday 13 May. On Tuesday I got an email response. I phoned and asked for a contact person in finance. Maahier came back to me and promised to sort it out. Wednesday I had to phone again. He apologised and said the refund will be paid into my account that afternoon. He also promised me feedback. Nothing happened that afternoon. Thursday - nothing. It is now Friday...
