TERRIBLE SERVICE

I went on Saturday (12/10/2013) to look at a car. The sales person (Gerald) told us to contact him on Monday for a quote. Monday we phoned and phoned and eventually got hold of Gerald and he said he would send us a quote. On Tuesday we got an email from Gerald saying he doesn't work at Primamotors anymore and we should contact Stefan. Stefan promised to send us a quote by Tuesday afternoon. We phoned Stefan the whole of Wednesday and he did not return our calls or respond to emails. On Thursday he finally sent us an "application form" that was clearly not an application form for wesbank financing. I tried to contact him again for him to send me the quote so I could finance the car through my own bank. And still no answer. We then phoned the call center, spoke to a guy named Nico and requested that he send us a quote. He phoned me back within 5 min and told me that Stefan had just sold the car to someone else.
