On 19/02/2013 my husband received an email from Credit Cart, underwritten by Direct Axis that he had been approved for his loan application done through Kalahari website for payment of Order no: 10030959. After a couple of weeks and after not receiving neither goods not updates, I phoned Direct Axis and was informed that they were behind with payments but would contact Kalahari to ensure our order was not deleted. Well this happened. My husband works in the Congo and is very seldom in SA therefore I have to do all the following up. I have since sent many emails to Direct Axis and had no response. I eventually phoned again only to be told they cannot find the application on their system. They said they find my husband's name but nothing else and the matter would be referred to a supervisor. This was more than a month ago and still nothing. The purchase was for a 21st birthday gift for our daughter, same has now passed. The 1st payment due on this was March 2013. This date has come and gone. No goods and no deduction from bank. We hold Direct Axis in breach of contract and will have to refer this to the NCR should this not be solved forthwith and our goods duly delivered.
