On Friday 29/11/13 I 'applied' for mobile data and a sim card. On Saturday, the money went off my account. On Monday, they took another amount. I phoned to sort this out- they credited me. Fine. Monday afternoon I sent them an email to ask where my sim card is. I got an automated reply. Monday afternoon, I'd still heard nothing, so I phoned. Was on hold for 5min, before I gave up.
Tuesday 9am, STILL no response, so I phoned again. The response I got- "we only send off the sim card once payment has cleared" and "we have a backlog on our emails" and that's why we haven't got back to you.
OK, but Saturday the first payment cleared, so why didn't they organise to send the sim card then?
Tuesday afternoon and I STILL haven't received any indication that my sim card has left them. The only communication I've had was an email- ironically, just after I had phoned to query what I'd queried via their 'support email address', telling me my sim card 'would be despatched shortly"... although, it could take 5days for the COURIER to deliver.
