My grandma passed away on the 24th April 2013. The claim for her ASBA FLEXI FUNERAL was submitted on the 26th April 2013. Till date we have not recieved any payout for the policy. we get send from pillar to post without any answers. the branch laid complaints numerous times and yet headoffice does not come back. I may be contacted urgently or i will need to contact the ombudsman for assistance
