Were is my funeral policy papers

Dear absa about 2 months ago i applief for an funeral policy with you in hermanus western cape. The lady was very helpfull with the policy. I recieved an sms the same day stating i will recieved my policy documants over the post but it is now almost 2 months and still i have not recieved anything. It is hopeless to contact the call centre because nobody answers the phone. You have allready deducted 2 premiums of me but still i do nat have the policy scedule papers!!! Whats going on. If i do net recieve the papers within the next month i will close down all my acounts en policys. I am fed up with false promises.
