Talk to me not my so called lawyer (LegalWise)

I first went in in january at their East London branch and I had a dispute with my land lord and the lady practically told me they can only advise me and her advise was that I must pack my bags and move out and never not pay my rent on time again, so I ended up paying the landlord R9600 of my money over something this company could have helped with. Now recently I got a sudden letter from the same landlord again claiming the R9600 I paid in january was not enough and I owe a further R7500, went to the branch in PE with this letter and waited for 3 full hours to see this moody unpleasant Johannes whom i simply asked to request a statement for me as I don't get any and show me how I owe this money and if I actually do owe it then help me arrange to pay it. This Johannes has never called me again, the 2 times I called they took a message cos he was either busy on the line or in a meeting. Now on the 13th-05 the sheriff has attached all my furniture and I now apperantly owe R14000 of money I don't even know cos I pay my rent every month and this could have been easily been avoided if LegalWise had cared enough to assist me and not just debit my money every month for nothing
