Flexi Funeral Cove

Good day. My mom had an Absa Flexi Funeral Cover. She passed away in December, submitted the claim then and still no pay out. Instead I am being sent from pillar to post and no one seems to know what is going on. What if I was depending on that money to bury my mother? I feel that people are are sold these covers and its all good and well when their accounts are debited every month, but when its time to pay out its not as easy. I feel sorry for the people who actually depend on such covers to bury their loved ones.
