On the 26th of April my husband logged a claim (96828441) for water damage inside our house. We have yet to hear anything further. The assessor was quick, came out on the same day as our phone call and that was that, haven't heard another word. My husband has phone 3 times already to follow up, each time he was told they will look into it and call back, not once has anyone called back.
If the claim is not going to be covered that's fine but let us know because while you are taking your sweet time the damage is getting worse which means more money out of my pocket.
Really Outsurance, "bending backwards" for your clients... such BS!
