On the 30th November at 09h55 I phoned dial direct to cancel my policy on the car that I have sold. I have a new car covered by budget insurance. When the dial direct consultant asked me if I have a new car I said yes and told him its covered by budget. He said to me they and budget are one and that I don't have a policy with budget and went on to tell me that if I'm involved in an accident I won't be covered. He was going on and on about all things that will happen to me because I'm not covered. I asked him to just cancel my policy as I did not have enough airtime to listen to his lecture about me not being covered because I know I am covered. He said to me I should have loaded more airtime before I called, that made me real angry I told him again that he should just cancel but he continued to tell me that I'm not covered by budget and its procedure that they should tell me all this things. I couldn't take it any more I dropped the phone. With the little airtime left on my phone I called budget who confirmed that I do have a policy with them. Why should he be so rude to me when all I wanted was to cancel my policy and I gave him all the information he requested.
