I have been involved in an accident on my way to work on 12 April 2013 and unfortunately wrote off my motorcycle. I called Budget and was assisted by Ashraf Salie. I submitted all the paperwork i.e. quote, license, vehicle registration etc. I had to call and email on a daily basis in order to get some or other feedback as to how far the claim was processed. The bike was collected and delivered and I was told by the above mentioned agent that everything should be sorted out by 8 or 9 May. NOTHING! When this didn't happen the agent said he never said something like that (check the recorded phone conversation). In the interim I have to rely on a lift to get to and from work since I have no transport and their are no bus services and taxi's here. I contacted the finance company and they haven't heard anything from Budget Insurance, and when I call Budget I get spun one story after the other. WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY DOES THIS TO HARDWORKING PEOPLE? I am really and truly disappointed and disgusted at the service received thus far. Put yourself in my shoes and imagine how you would react to this.
