Poor service yet again from Budget Insurance

It is very evident that budget insurance only sends customers generic emails to apologize on HelloPeter only to appear as if they are a company that respond to customers.

I am still waiting for Budget Insurance to provide me with feedback with my concerns regarding my premiums that were increased without being discussed with me and why they are not able to provide me with proof of the first conversation I had when I signed up with them. Are these calls not supposed to be recorded?

Strange that their response said feedback would be provided shortly, 23 days later and still no feedback from Budget however they are very quick to debit my account.

Does anyone from Budget Insurance actually care??
