Pathetic Couriers

I actually cannot believe that you can use such pathetic couriers. They have phoned me twice now to confirm delivery of my card.

Please can you tell me... is speaking english part of the job requirement? Because i dont seem to think it is, perhaps just showing up with a grade 3 is good enough. They swap numbers around cant spell anything, dont listen properly.

How can you provide such great banking and then completely drop the ball with uneducated couriers that seem to do nothing but infuriate your clients.
