On the 14th July 2013, somebody drove into my husband at a petrol station, while my husband's vehicle was standing still. Anyway, a claim was put through to the other driver's insurance company (Budget), through a call centre call Telesure. The claim was submitted on the 2 August 2013. All documents including case number was submitted. Since then my husband has been calling for feedback and an indication as to when his vehicle will be repaired. NO feedback or communication has been received from Telesure, each time my husband calls, they say his consultant (Bernard - 011 489 4684) will return his call.
Absolutely ridicules services so Budget you either need to be using another Call centre agent or you Guys are just a insurance company.
I personally will never use Budget as an insurance company and this just proves why. Just because a person is not insuranced with a company does not mean you do not need to pay out or fix their vehicle.
Your client was in the wrong and drive into my husband while his vehicle was standing still - pathetic service.
