At nine minutes past midnight I received an sms notifying me that my card has been canceled. I immediately tried calling customer service only to get a recorded message informing me that I'm calling out of office hours! It is the following morning now and after spending R60 airtime on the call with customer service no one can tell me why my card is blocked all they can tell me is that I will need to take time off work now to go get a new card. The service is terrible, it is the weekend so no branches are open and I have no access to my OWN money!! I will be going in to a branch tomorrow to cancel all my accounts with FNB.
