On the 5th dec, was at the mall trying to withcash, from a FNB atm machine, my card was swolled and
couldnt be retrived, in the minutes of this happening, called the call centre, during this time
i had 3 sms from the bank stating that the amount of R3000 wihdrwn, and then a message stating
incorrect pin, but i was already calling the call center agent to cancel/stop my card.
i filled the forms regarding my claim and went into the bank The next morning to hand the documents
in, foday i have received an email stating that the card was and they will not refund me my month (fnb)
i am not happy with this as it as a FNB atm, and did occur and now the bank will not compensate me
as the time of calling was after the money was, but the bank did issue me a new card the very next day.
On calling the call center to report, by the time they verifiy and take your complain my money was.
I am very unhappy, as i bacame the latest victim with atm.

I have sent another mail to care line at fnb, and I eagly await positive feedback as i find this unexeptable.
