R400 cash back a!

After recently buying a vehicle I contacted MiWay, Budget, Outsurance, Auto & General and Discovery for a quote. All the quotes came back reasonably close to each other except... OUTSURANCE! After asking the consultant on the phone if he can give me something cheaper as I do have other quotes he just replied: No sorry this is the best I can do. Fair enough I then submitted my discovery quote with the cheaper one from MiWay (which I took) on the Outsurance website to claim the promotion of R400 cashback if they can't give me a cheaper quotation...

It's now nearly a month later, and I have not received a confirmation nor communication that they have received my submission. So when it comes to service or putting your money where your mouth is... Outsurance has clearly fallen out of the bus, and I have no other conclusion to make than the R400 cash back is purely a.
