Policy cancelled - money was still deducted

To whom it may concern

I emailed One Plan in Feb to make sure the policy is canceled at the end of March, and when I called them in March they claimed they received my email but never canceled the policy, the guy only canceled it late in March. Come end of March I receive an sms stating that R750 will be deducted for the April installment on April 1. I called Thembi at the call center on Saturday 30 March and she said there is nothing they can do until the money is deducted, only then can they request a reverse or I have to go into the bank and do it myself. I went to the bank and sat there for 3 hours!!! Only to be told the same thing. I called Robert on 03-04-2013 at 12.56, 1.03, 2.03 and 3.32pm and he assured me his supervisor will attend to it and the refund will be done within 48 hours. I emailed (got no responce) and called on Friday 05.04.2013 and was told the money was refunded. IT WAS NOT!!! Its now 08.04.2013 and still nothing. I canceled my policy in the first place because OnePlan is a USELESS PIECE OF company and now I cannot use my acount as it is in the minus due to the R750 not being reversed/refunded. I DEMAND THIS BE SORTED
