Oneplan Health Insurance
NOT PAYING CLIENTS WHAT IS DUE TO THEM

This company kept on ducting debit orders from my account even thou i cancelled my policy by them in Sep'12 all ready. They kept on taking the money off my account until March'13 this is when i finally got them to stop. Now it is taking them 4 weeks all ready to pay back this money they wrongfully deducted. I have been calling Ronald for the part 2 weeks every single day but he i just not ever in to take my call and does not return any of my calls or emails that i send. THEY JUST FLAT IGNORE ME!! NEVER TAKE OUT A POLICY WITH THEM. I never even used this policy and when i needed it they had a story about that as well
