I am an absa private bank client, i asked my banker to find out about my credit life policies that i have on my existing debt, she gives me absa life contact numbers, i been trying to call them since last week thursday, and the claims department keeps me on line without any answer, the voice prompt says we are unavailable to take your calls, THEN WHO WILL ASSIST ME ON MY URGENT MATTER, AS I PAY MONTHLY FOR THIS SERVICE AND NOW THAT I NEED ASSISTANCE NO ONE CAN HELP ME,

I URGENTLY WANT ASSISTANCE FOR THIS FROM ABSA LIFE AND I WANT THEM TO CALL ME BACK, AND TO BE REFUNDED FOR MY AIRTIME USED DURING MY DAILY CALLS TO YOUR CALL CENTRE THAT MAKES ME WAIT FOR HOURS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE,

THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, AND AS AN ABSA CLIENT I AM EXTREMELY DISDUSTED.
