Delays in responding to customer messages

I have been trying to buy a camera from the Momentum Multiply site for the last week and am having trouble with the level of service offered by Multiply. I have sent emails and left messages for Antoinette Brand to call me to try and resolve my problem for the last 3 days with no response. I asked Ronald to send me the contact details for the partner relations manager, which he agreed to do but had nothing from him yet. I've made endless phone calls to the call centre trying to get hold of a senior person but apparently they are in meeting all the time. Call centre employees put me on hold for up to 10 minutes and then transfer me to someone that does not answer their phone. Who can I contact to talk to in order to discuss my problem!!!
