How much longer must I wait?

Hi all I had a vehicle accident on the 26/04/2013 I laid the claim that same day and up until now I have been calling Miway to find out what is going on, no one has bothered to get back to me and the person who is handling my claim gave me her incorrect contact details I come out at a brick works company?
Just want some clarity... It has almost been two weeks no answers..
