Good day

I have been waiting for the person handling my claim to contact me ever since my car was in an accident 24 june. I had to phone margaret contrera on 28 june just to get a very bad attitude from her saying o sorry she never saw my email which gave all the details she needed. This email was sent to her on the day of the accident.
After that i have not had any phonecall from her to inform me of any development on my claim. Only one email on the 1st of july with the photos of the accessor and saying the car was written off.
I have left several voice messages on her direct line and never get any reply or phonecall. Very unprofessional.
Also miway is still trying to take money for a premium on a car i no longer have which i was assured would be cancelled the day i had to phone her.
Could i maybe have this claim handled with someone who knows how customer service works seeing that all thecompany's adds state things being done 'myway'...
