My bike was in an accident about three weeks ago, I reported the accident to miway and gave all the details needed. They never called me to inform me of what is happening with my claim, and I had to call them every time to find out what is going on. I am not paying them to do nothing, I expect service from them. I am without a vehicle at the moment and I want to get this claim done and dusted so that I can get myself a new vehicle, but instead I am waiting and they are taking there time. I am still paying off a vehicle that has been written off, so I am paying for a vehicle I don't have.
