After canceling my insurance sau still steals acco

After canceling and receiving cancellation confirmation twice since since feb this year, sau you have a varying amount every month from feb to may. I believe they are strategically debiting amounts, hoping it would be below the debit notification threshold. It may also be the case that they have lost control of their policy strike process, which would be a good enough reason to cancel. However, to have any remittance, one has to run a gauntlet of transfers and eventually give up in frustration.
