QUICK TO PASS THE BUCK! WORST INSURANCE DIVISION

After going through and back with SA Underwriters which to date since registering for comprehensive insurance on the 01ST AUGUST 2012, i have never recieved my policy documents!!! I deliberately cancelled the debit order running from my account with SA Underwriters to ensure that they would not be able to access my account however after recieving notification from said company that my motor insurance is effectively cancelled in November 2012, SA Underwriters deemed it fit to debit my account for the amount of R150.00 on ce the 02nd January 2013 which is supposedly a cancellation fee. Now nowhere was i EVER informed of a cancellation fee, not in the recorded voice interaction or in the policy documenation which once again i HAVE NEVER RECIEVED!!!

i contacted SAU and Zaitoon Milton stated that i would have to submit a copy of my bank statement reflecting the debit transaction before i would recieve my money back.

i submitted a complete statement more than a week ago and made her aware that i closed my previous FNB account to ensure that SAU never helped themselves to my funds ever again and surprise no Contact from Zaitoon and no refund credited.
