Debiting wrong amounts

I was pretty suprised to see that Oakhurst had complilments from other clients, because this is the second time they are debiting me more than the agreed amount. I dont know what is so difficult because the debit amount as per the CONTRACT is R631 and they just debit me R1000 for some unknown reason. If i do not hear from them today i will cancel my policy and take my business somewhere else.
