I have been having problems with this policy's rest they debit my account with double amounts, they give me wrong amounts (debit amount Different from the one on my policy). I wanted to cancel just to hear that I still have to pay an extra month for a service that we never used and then they are not willing to refund the money back. what is the use of having this if you can't use it? I have been over charged and want this to be corrected and either want this solved or I want to cancel and will not pay a extra month and I want all money that was deducted refunded back case nothing has been used up till today.
