Unhappy for consultant who didnt do her work

I had an accident on Monday the 29/04/2013, car was auth to be towed to yard in Pta West, and was also advised to call in on the next morning to make sure if claim was logged. I did so on the Tuesday morning, and spoke to Bianca. I asked and told her that i was advised to call back to inquire if claim was logged and so on. She said everything was logged and the assessor will go and assess the car and I will get feedback within max 2 days. With that I respected the Wednesday was a Public Holiday and they will call me on the Thursday. I called in on Thursday, only to find out that no claim was logged and no assessor assessed my car yet. Because of the reason that it was Bianca's last day on the Tuesday. I am furious because I did what I was told to call and find out if the claim was logged on the Tuesday morning and now my car needs to be there for 3 more days. Claim was only logged today the 02/05/2013. Through Johan, very happy and satisfied with him who handled my claim procedure but just I still need to wait even longer for my claim of one person not handling it the way it should be.
