No commuication for 96 hours on my claim

I logged a claim with Miway on Monday 29 August around noon. I detailed that my car was not in a perfect driving state and my claim handler arranged for me to take my car to S-Mac on rivonia for an assessment. My assessor told me Monday that the report should be with Miway on Tuesday morning. I have been calling Miway everyday since then. I have not spoken to my claim handler since Monday. No update is given on my claim. I wait for a lengthy period just to get through to someone who can't help me. This is by far the worst service I have received in my life. As soon as this is all done, I need to look for a new insurer.
