A claim for a burst geyser was lodged with Nedbank Homeowner's Insurance Call Centre on Tuesday 30th April at 6.30pm. My geyser will be replaced on Friday, 3rd May. THREE DAYS to process a geyser claim DOES NOT in anyway coincide with the statement on Nedbank website, that being: "With Nedbank's preapproved suppliers (eg carpenters, electricians and plumbers) you get quick, efficient service." My geyser is being replaced on Friday as a result of the numerous phone calls that I have made to follow up on my claim with Nedbank and their service providers, there has been NO cilent care which is another statement they make; "You have access to a convenient 24-hour emergency client care phone line for claim settlements". What a disappointment
