Insurance Claim Ignored

My geyser burst last year, the geyser was replaced in October, Muluti Kitchens, whist they arrived to measure the new surround for the geyser have never followed through with the repairs and when called late last year they did not even know that the claim had been approved via Nedbank as the paperwork had slipped through the cracks in the system. I had to point out to them that they had received the necessary go ahead, they promised to attend to this in January, it is now March and still no word from them.
