I have submitted a claim to Nedbank insurance on 22 Oct for a broken toilet. (Ref NED 13152271). 2 Days later a plumber came to see me, took pictures and left. On Friday 8 Nov, 19 days later I phoned the insurance as no one came back to me. I spoke to a lady that confirmed my claim (a claim for a bath and not a toilet) is at the claims dept and she will ask the supervisor to call me but he never did.
I have been with this insurance for years and years and with my first claim 2 years back for a geyser, I had the same bad experience.
I'm definitely wont make use of them for much longer.
