7days later, burst geyser claim not complete

Last week Mon, i woke up to find my geyser had burst. This is the 2nd time in 3yrs. I immediately call Nedgroup insurance & everything seems fine & a plumber has been assigned to come fix (i assume) the geyser. Mon goes by, no plumber in sight. Tues, a plumber arrives only to look at the geyser, take pics and leaves saying they need approval from Nedbank. On Wed carpenters arrive to remove the wardrobe so that another plumber can now come in and replace the geyser as it is still under warranty. Thurs, the plumbers arrrive to replace the geyser, advising i should relocate the geyser to outside the house as they burst regularly from their experience. i call Nedgroup to share this information and they are not willing to partner in relocation. On Friday, the people assigned to replace my laminated floors arrive, take measurements and leave.

I have not heard from nedback insurance since.
I have called numerous times and am forever being put on hold.
The wardrobe needs to be built back and my floors need to be replaced.

3years ago, I had EXACTLY the same problem of just pure incompetence. i am hoping after this complaint, like last time, something will happen in the next few hrs
