CANCEL CONTRACT I NEVER ACCEPTED TODAY!

I got phoned on Monday about a insurance for my bond from betterlife I canceled the contract with them and i now yesterday get a sms from you saying my policy has been accepted I have not accepted a policy with you.
If you have me on your system you need to cancel me off the system or else I will report you to the authorities this is against the consumer regulation act you can not just sign me up for policy and I have 30 days to cancel if I am on your system and it is now only day four.
SEND ME IN WRITING TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS [Email Removed] THAT I DO NOT HAVE A POLICY WITH YOU AND IF IT IS ON YOUR SYSTEM THAT YOU HAVE CANCELED IT ELSE BY END OF DAY I WILL REPORT YOU!
