Failure to cancel a policy and billing thereof!

I accepted a quotation on the 9th May @ approximately 16:30 to insure a vehicle which I was buying for my daughter. Date of inception would have been for Friday 10th May 2013. Immediately after phoning A & G, I contacted my personal insurance company who were able to provide me with a better quote. I then phoned A & G back (20 minutes later) and asked "Chene" to cancel the A & G policy. I was assured that this was done. On Monday I received a text informing me that "Eileen" at A & G was my dedicated personal portfolio consultant. Finding this odd, I contacted Eileen stating once again that I had cancelled this policy. Eileen agreed that the contract had been cancelled. After checking my bank balance I have now noticed that A & G have proceeded in deducting an instalment off my bank account. On Friday I then phoned "Judith Hoft" who said the system shows that the policy was still "active" I expressed my annoyance and was assured that A & G would contact me to rectify the situation, only to receive yet another text informing me of my new portfolio consultant Sindi Masango. Reimburse my funds and cancel this policy!
