Bad service and still won't cancel the policy

I got phoned by a person from betterlife earlier on this year, to get a life insurance policy with them for my bond, so I said yes as I want to get my loan.
They said they would send me contact number via sms with their name which they never did, they also said they would email me forms and post the policy documents and they never did. From there it took me a month of calling without any assistance.

the bond application was then cancelled and i called Better to cancel it, because i did not need it anymore. I requested written proof that it was cancelled, they did not send it. This was a month before the policy was to be active. The active date was July the 31st. In the month of August i got the first debit order from Betterlife even though i had requested cancellation. When i queried about this, only then did they tell me that they will need a letter from the bank and the bond administrator.

I am now paying for a policy insurance on a bond that does not exist and i am extremely unhappy about this!

I need to get feedback on this asap.
