Debting without authorisation

I have been with Nedbank for most of my professional years. I loved their service. Until one day, an amount of R399.00 was debitted from my account. I went to Nedbank to vent. It became apparent that it was some company called LOAN TRACER. They had the nerve to debit from my account without prior authorisation. They claim that I applied for a loan online which included some telephone service that cost R399.00. The funny part is that all my personal information in correct beside my salary. Apparently I wanted the loan for housing reason. Another thing is that I had been living at home comfortably. Now I receive an email from attorney stating that they are going to take legal action against me. And on top of that, I now owe them an additional R90.06, totalling to R489.06... Like really now? I am just disgusted by such things, especially when people try to you hard earned money
