It seems that Groupon will only respond through this forum. Thanks to Hello Peter for this Forum.

I have first raised my issue of non-delivery, and thanks, i received a response within 24hours. Great, but I did not agree with the outcome that I was credited and that the credit is in a credit account with Groupon, which I could access at anytime with another purchase.

I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING VIA GROUPON EVER AGAIN. i WANT THE REFUND SENT BACK INTO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

Please I am tired with the amount of time I spend with trying to resolve issues.

Below is a copy of the last correspondence from Groupon SA. I did write directly to KALDWIN, but again...
