Waiting 3Months for a refund

On 19 Feb 2013 I ordered and paid eft for a Poloroid Tablet from Groupon for R2499.00. After a week I enquired per telephone, they told me the deal was not going to happen, because not enough people bought the deal.
They told me I will get a refund. 10 days later I phoned again and they told me to send proof of payment, which I did. Since then I phoned on 14 Mar, 18 Mar, 10 Apr and today. I have send numerous e-mails. They promise in 2 days the money will be refunded, but like they just told me again= I must wait?
