THG's harassment of our staff

This message is related to a sales person at THG identifying himself as "Tom" who phoned from their Cape Town office yesterday and again today - wanting to speak to our senior staff about "auditing matters" supposedly to do with affairs from auditing firm PWC. When he was not transferred to senior management immediately, he called our staff "incompetent" and started shouting at them. If Tom or any of THG's staff members ever phone our company or staff directly again and speak to them in the abusive manner that he did, we will initiate legal action against "Tom" and THG's management. We've had similar encounters with THG before and it seems that this absurd manner of trying to peddle their expensive event packages is typical modus operandi of their sales team. I feel sorry for the next victim on Tom's list of companies to harass, because harassment is the closest way of describing our experience with THG!
