THUGS & Incompetent staff at ADT

ADT, you have incompetent, rude, aggressive (Thugs) staff that are working at your place of business. Namely (Adrian Greeves, contact number:0837010385). He makes promises that he can't keep up too. He calls me BOSS when he speak to me. Swears me. Is this the type of staff you'll employ? Upon asking him today for a Senior manager, he tells me that I must not hold him responsible for the bill query that I logged on my mum's account that was cancelled. He just sent me a message stating that I'm an (message sent from 0837010385. ADT, I'm totally disgruntled at the manner in which your staff member addressed me. I've sent numerous e-mail to the following address's with not one response: [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] Clark, [Email Removed] While typing this out on Hello Peter Adrian Greeves has called me and threaten me. I need the account to be cancelled and my mum's money to be reimbursed as promised a few months ago.
