Incompetent and rude staff at debonairs Mt Edgecom

My wife called the store to place an order, we order at least once a week, she spoke to Anastasia, this person did not know how to use the system and it took 15 to 20 mins to place an order, she didn't even know the total amount we supposed to pay, my wife asked for the manager Zaakhir and he confirmed the order 1 large chicken and mushroom, 1 small veg and 1 popitz. The delivery guy gets to our place with 1 large chicken and mushroom and a large veg and popitz. We called the store again to speak to the manager, we were not gonna pay for a large veg but he was out they said they will call us back in a very rude manner. We called the manager directly he cut the call first, we tried him again and my wife told him what happened and that his staff was incompetent, after arguing with us he then said the only person incompetent here is you and hung up. he then called his delivery guy and told him to bring back the whole order. We would have paid for the chicken pizza and popits. Debonairs MountEdgecombe staff and management are incompetent and rude, they hire people like Anastasia that are so dumb and have management like Zaakhir that's rude. What happened to the customer is always right!!
