Bad behavior by senior staff

Friday 4th October - had a business meeting at Mastrantonio Illovo. What a disaster. Meeting completely disrupted by staff and owner bad behavior. Paulo reported to be owner, taking issue with staff in loud manner, using expletives and unprofessional behavior. Then he leaves and waiter called Lesley seems to take charge. He behaves exactly as Paulo. Shouting, loudness etc. we call him over and discuss our experience. He says thank you for feedback and continues to behave worse. Shouting louder, openly in conflict with staff etc. what a horrible experience. Avoid Mastrantonio. Unprofessionalism at its worst.
