Pathetic service - Team leaders dont return call

31/05/13, Phoned Sharon from Sales requesting her team leader to phone me but no call Recd. Then phoned upgrades about 13:30 did a upgrade with Grace. Grace was to get her team leader to phone me but no call received as yet. Grace did a bungle up with the upgrade and did not migrate it the same time, wanting new contract. Got advise from Cell C staff that I was loaded with my old package of casual chat 100 today. My contract of 24hr ended yesterday. I will be billed R145 for the old package and also the pro rata for the new package. This is not my fault, why should I pay for Grace's error. Thus I will like to cancel the upgrade immediately. Also why am I being charged R25 for the data this month that I have not requested and do not want. Will like a senior manager to handle this complaint. Please phone me 12-1pm tomorrow. Will appreciate a call from a senior manager. Cell C majority of the staff do not have customer and do not inform customer of the right advise and correct charges. Cell C should improved their customer care drastically especially the call centre staff. Even if they change my phone to pre-paid it will be better than the hassles of poor service.
