No refund and no communications

It has been 4 weeks since I deposited my money into Groupon's account, 2 weeks since I found out (through my own investigation) that the deal was cancelled, and 2 weeks since my original complaint was submitted. Your call centre said that they update me on the status of my refund last week yet still I have not had any communication from Groupon. Please follow up on your customer service! (and I would also like my money back!!!)
